The irony is that Hole lost a member to the Pumpkins last year, and Osbourne resigned as the Smashing Pumpkins manager after disputes with lead pumpkin Billy Corgan.
In her official statement she said she quit due to medical reasons, Corgan was making her sick. Then last friday she was interviewed by Reuters and stated that Corgan acted childish toward her. "If he thought I was a naughty girl, he'd give you the silent treatment, I don't need games in my life. I don't need stupid little boys making faces at me."
Osbourne took over management for the alternative group four months ago, but had repeated unpleasant encounters with Corgan. The straw the broke the camels back was Corgan's desire to wear a dress in the pumpkins latest video. When Osbourne objected, he gave her the silent treatment. tisk tisk....
Osbourne apparently had enough of the school antics and decided it wasn't worth the head aches. She told MTV News that she didn't need to drive herself crazy over a "alternative f***ing band that's on a downer."
If
the rumors are true will Mrs. Ozzy Osbourne be able to handle Courtney
Love? Another rocker with a strong personality? Time will tell, but if
all else fails she can always call in Ozzy to bite the heads off of those
she disagrees with.
