Saint Harison Streaming 'Ghosted' EP

(High Rise) Saint Harison releases his new EP, ghosted, out everywhere today. Written by Saint Harison, the eight-track project expands the emotional and sonic world he's cultivated over the last several years - blending R&B, soul, indie, doo-wop, and pop influences with the vulnerability, restraint, and emotional clarity that have quickly defined his artistry.

The EP arrives following the release of standout singles including the title track "ghosted," "bad," "glass houses," and most recently, "stuck," each offering an early glimpse into the project's emotional and sonic range. Listen to the ghosted EP here.

Across ghosted, Saint moves through longing, confusion, self-awareness, and acceptance of a failed relationship with striking intimacy. He seamlessly stitches sonic worlds together, with the eerie pop-R&B offering "stuck" reminiscent of late 90s/early 00s pop hits, mid-tempo alt-R&B track "minute" giving a friendly nod to Leon Thomas's "Mutt", a beautiful stringscape and 60s blend on "daffodil" and finally, a devastating singer-songwriter piano ballad titled "white to a wedding" - detailing the heartbreaking moment one realizes they can't let a former love walk down the aisle with someone else. The EP, heavily applauded by Elton John, showcases Saint at his most lyrically vulnerable and signifying his growth as a songwriter, producer and arranger.

Notable collaborators across the project are D'Mile (Bruno Mars, Lady Gaga, Beyonce), Akeel Henry(Jazmine Sullivan, Giveon), Ilsey Juber (Beyonce, Olivia Dean, Kacey Musgraves), Nova Wav (Beyonce, Jazmine Sullivan), Daoud (Doechii) and Yakob (Sienna Spiro, SZA). Despite the heavyweight collaborators, ghosted remains unmistakably centered around Saint's songwriting and perspective, with each track grounded in his lived experiences and emotional honesty.

Recent single "stuck," written alongside Ilsey and produced by D'Mile and Akeel Henry, became one of the emotional anchors of the project. Drawing inspiration from early 2000s pop and R&B, the song pairs Saint's unmistakable vocal delivery with infectious basslines, eerie strings, and understated intensity, capturing the push-and-pull of unresolved love and lingering attachment that continues to shape the emotional arc of ghosted.

Talking about the ghosted EP, Saint reveals, "I started writing this next project pretty much immediately after 'lost a friend' came out and it feels surreal that this moment has finally come. It's been so important to me to make something that I can love forever and will make me proud for many years to come. I've been able to work with some creatives on this project that six years ago I would have cried if they looked in my direction. I can't wait for you to hear the late nights, the tears, the overthinking, the healing, the spirals, and the growth. It's the most honest I've ever been in my music. Every track feels like a piece of a chapter I had to live through in order to write it."

Coinciding with today's release, Saint Harison also unveils a new live visual for "daffodil," directed by Darrin James. Frequent collaborator and JUNO Producer of the Year Akeel Henry plays piano opposite renowned bassist Marcus Reddick (notable for producing and playing Beyonce's "Desert Eagle"). The intimate performance-driven video brings one of the EP's emotional centerpieces to life, pairing Saint's striking vocal performance with the timeless, doo-wop-inspired atmosphere of the song. Built around soft piano, swooning strings, and aching vulnerability, "daffodil" captures the feeling of longing for someone who continues to drift in and out of reach.
