Watch Coi Leray And Diplo Turn 'Nothing Into Something

(Epic) Coi Leray has released her new single and music video, "Nothing Into Something," with Grammy winning artist, producer and DJ Diplo, available now along with an official music video.

The empowering new song flaunts Coi's trademark versatility, as the multi-platinum rapper and singer brings her singing chops to Diplo's award-winning, dance floor-ready production seamlessly, as she wistfully recalls lost love and her diligent journey to stardom. "Nothing Into Something" is the latest trick up Coi Leray's sleeve.

"Came up straight up out the trenches, manifested all my business," Coi sings on her new single. "Multi-million dollar, how the f*** I do that?" In what's been a busy recent year for Coi, she has offered a variety of touchpoints that exhibit her expansive artistry and profile. Coi has excelled with her work in trap ("Pink Money" with G Herbo), alternative ("What Happened to Forever?") and genre-fluid ("Outside" with Eladio Carrion). With Diplo on "Nothing Into Something," Coi continues to flex her ability to resonate across a plethora of sonic realms and collaborators, while still maintaining her connectivity with her avid and longstanding fanbase.

The song's music video, directed by Zev York, casts Coi in-studio with a band of "lookalikes," who assist Coi with personifying the spirit of her lyrics. Similar to her songwriting, the creative vision Coi employs across her video features helps capture her range. And whether she's bringing the club to the small screen or being metaphorical, intentionality remains a through line.
