(MCA) GRAMMY-nominated band NEEDTOBREATHE announces the first leg of their headline The Long Surrender Tour today, kicking off August 12 in Maryland Heights, MO.
The 25-date, late summer run spanning amphitheaters nationwide finds the band "at their best in the live setting, where they take what's been cultivated in the studio and allow it to erupt on stage" (Rolling Stone). Joining NEEDTOBREATHE on the road are longtime friends and collaborators, husband-and-wife indie-folk duo, Drew & Ellie Holcomb. More dates will be announced in the coming months.
NEEDTOBREATHE's Insiders Fanclub will have access to presale on Monday, March 16th at 12:00 PM ET, artist presale begins Tuesday, March 17 at 10:00 AM local time, local presales begin on Wednesday, March 18th at 10:00 AM local time, and Spotify presale begins Thursday, March 19 at 10:00 AM local time.
All presales will close at 11:59 PM local time on Thursday, March 19 and tickets will be available to the public on March 20th at 10:00 AM local time.
The Long Surrender Tour launches on the heels of their upcoming album of the same name, slated for release on March 27 via MCA. Produced by David Cobb, the band's 10th studio album captures the sound of a band awakened to their truest purpose and power more than two decades into a triumphant career. Across its 12 tracks, The Long Surrender pushes into gently inventive terrain, often bringing unexpected texture and energy to Rinehart's soul-baring songwriting.
