Hear KMFDM's 'Enemy' (Inhalt Geld '88 Remix)'

(Red Sand PR) The scene leading industrial rock band KMFDM released their latest album, 'ENEMY', in February 2026 to some of the best reviews of their 40+ year career. Its title song has been remixed by studio wizard Matia Simovich aka INHALT and is released as a single today entitled 'ENEMY (INHALT GELD '88 REMIX).

The owner of Infinite Power Studios in Los Angeles, Simovich has previously collaborated as a co-writer and/or producer with Peter Baumann (Tangerine Dream), Boy Harsher, Nitzer Ebb, Patriarchy and Madeline Goldstein. A foundational influence on his own career, he has previously stated that "KMFDM were a teenage instruction manual on how to arrange a song and subvert the status quo, all packaged under an ultra heavy beat."

For 'ENEMY (INHALT GELD '88 REMIX)', he says that "I spent a whirlwind week putting the original song to the dancefloor, aided by an amazing polyphonic modular synthesizer but mixing to analog tape. I hope this remix lands with KMFDM fans new and old. It's part dubby in the 'UAIOE' [1989 album by KMFDM] way, part Zappa in the 'MONEY' [1992 album] way, but all KMFDM attitude under the INHALT lens."
